Construction Project Manager

We are growing and adding a new Construction Project Managers on our Surface America construction team. You’ll oversee the construction and installation of our recreational and athletic surfacing operations. The Construction Project Manager will ensure that daily business practices meet operational, budget, growth and profitably goals for Surface America business, while producing at maximum efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage construction projects to oversee and direct a network of highly trained installation sub-contractors. We have strong partnerships with these niche surfacing installers.
- Coordinate and manage simultaneous project logistics of materials and crew across the U.S.
- Orchestrate vendors, warehouses, trucks, product, and installers to arrive at the right time and minimize extra costs.
- Work with our in-house Estimator Sales Support team members on negotiation and problem solving of construction site issues and warranty claims.
- Review all bid documents and paperwork, product specs from blueprints, and create pricing estimates on all projects.
- Communicate with the Sales Manager and end users to finalize any open items that prevent scheduling of an installation.
- Tackle unforeseen issues and troubleshooting with the help from the entire Surface America team.
