When initially exposed to UV light, the aromatic binder used to bind the rubber granules in the manufacturing of the tiles ambers (yellows). This is a standard characteristic of aromatic urethanes. This is most extreme when it’s first exposed. Over time, the yellowing reduces; and in many cases, is eliminated.
